3:00 pm- Annual Meeting: all are welcome! Come learn more about how volunteers run our local chapter.
3:30 pm- Special information sessions for parents and leaders interested in travel programs for Summer 2019.
4:00 pm- Potluck and presentations from delegates of Summer 2018 travel programs such as Village, Step Up, Junior Counselor, and Youth Meeting. The youth participating in the Day in the Life program will join in for this part.
